Horses in Unexpected Places

We're all aware of the stereotype... everything is bigger and better in Texas. But how about this idea? Texas horseman are developing a whole new concept in horse-related entertainment. The $14 million project, which covers 275 acres, will combine a horse racing facility (Thoroughbred and Quarter Horses) and an outdoor music entertainment venue. "We view the complex as a hybrid track - a multi-use facility in a market craving horse racing and region hungry for live music," said Todd Harmon, Director and Investment Banker of Yellow Rose Entertainment (the developer). For more on this unique combination of fast horses and loud music visit the National & International News page.
