I was wondering if anyone had advice about some exercises that will help a stiff
horse supple his jowl? I've been doing a lot of circle work, trying to flex
inside and out, and also some work down the long side with flexion. My horse is
very stiff in his neck and he doesn't seem to want to "give." Any
suggestions?
