Emma is riding her cousin Kempton's horse, She's Some Fancy, at the Valley Reiners Show in Lawrencetown, Annapolis County, NS in July 2003. Emma looks hooked on reining!  Rider of the Month.

August

Kim Taylor and Canadian Dream, Junior Champion Hunter Horse, Atlantic Canada's Open Hunter Champion 2003. Kim has competed internationally for over twenty-five years, showing farm bred and client-owned horses. She has trained Arabians and students who have competed at national class "A" shows, such as the US Youth Nationals. Rider of the Month.

NS Rider Chosen For Young Riders Team

Congratulations to Delores Ferris owner of Jorrock Stables on the birth of her two healthy foals. Both foals are by Draco who is by the famous stallion Gaguin De Lully. One is a bay filly and the other is a chestnut colt.

Nothing comes between Amanda Hinto and the Levis she wears to ride her horses! And starting July 20th, an ad on levi.com will feature pictures of her riding in her favourite jeans: "I was with my horses and had on my special cowboy hat and was wearing my jeans I ride in all the time - they're low-rise, stretch flair 516s," Hinton said.
