Ruth hails from Ottawa where she coaches and trains horses. She has a very successful record, including coaching Amy MacWhilham to win team and individual gold at the Coupe des Ameriques. November 30: Fundraising Auction for the Nova Scotia Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals at the Rodeo Lounge, Burnside Industrial Park. Funds raised go to animal welfare in the form of food, veterinary care, shelter, cost of care or investigation of abused or neglected animals, and to promote humane treatment education.
