Haddys Midget Jinte was foaled  on May 11th.  This beautiful red roan QH filly was sired by Haddypocopine Midget and her dam is Ima Cinder Fleet.  Proud owners are Robert & Linda Hadley of Frenchvale, Cape Breton.

Verna and Kevin Mattinson of Woodrow Fjord Farm, Riverview, NS, are proud to announce the arrival of a colt, born August 11, 2001.   Ander, (which means strong and brave in Norwegian), is a big, handsome boy and a wonderful addition to our family of five Norwegian Fjordhorses.

Congratulations to Lorenzo Doiron on the arrival of "Rashadee." Her mother is Rashadar and her father is Royal Dandee. Although born premature, she survived a rough time and is doing very well now. She is black with a white blaze. Rashadee was born on August 3rd.
Congrats to Dana Martin on her new foal Fraggle Rock (Wembly). Wembley was born June 24th at Cloverdale farms, to Dana's horse, My Lucky Penny. Wembley has shown several times her spirit, courage and teeth, and we're
sure to see her soon in the show ring! (NF)
Born May 28, 2001, a handsome black colt, named "Ulysses" by the KWPN
stallion "Olympic Ferro" out of the Dutch studbook mare "Never Say Never",
owned by Martha Haley, in Wellington, N.S.  Although almost 2 weeks early,
everything went extremely well.  "Ulysses" is 1/2 brother to "Rhumba" and
"Tango", also at home.

We at Riverview Stables in Simonds, New Brunswick are thrilled to announce the birth of "Leo Gete" (pronounced Getty).  This beautiful dun colt was born to Gummi Bear on Thursday, June 21 at 5:50 am.  Owned and loved by Chelsea D'Souza, Leo is our first baby and we look forward to watching him grow.  His father is a handsome registered Quarter Horse owned by the Taylor Family of Hartland.  A huge thanks to Dr. Rob Arnott and his assistant Mary Ellen for all their help and patience.
Linda & Wally Lemmon of Linwal Acres Morgans (near Sussex, NB) received a pleasant surprise when they made their trip to the barn this morning (June 24th).  Their mare, Vonavet Amber Vanity, presented them with a bay filly born about a week earlier than planned.  The sire is Subsequent Event (Oscar) owned by Melissa McKenzie of Hampton, NB.  The mare and foal are doing well and everyone is very excited as this is the first Morgan foal at Linwal Acres in four years.
"Sierra" was born February 7th at Maple Hill Quarter horses in Bonshaw, PEI. Her Sire is My Daddys A Duly and her Dam is Ima Fancy Sierra.

Wild Wind Equestrian Centre in Summerside PEI, is thrilled to announce the safe arrival of a bay (soon to be grey) Dutch x TB filly, 'Lady Luck' (Layla), on May 26, out of Lady Francisca, by 17.3 hand Dutch Stallion Beyond Reach. On May 30, we also welcomed a healthy baby boy: 'Dante' is a fiesty chestnut colt by the same stallion out of a Quarter Horse mare.

Dun Tumblin (pending) was foaled on April 29,2001. This handsome colt is sired by  Dun By Charm ( Mighty Charmed X Doc's Duchess Rose AQHA). Dam is Hada Weed (Tumbleweed Devil X Quarter mare). Proud owners are Carl & Carol Cottle, Houlton, Me.

"Jursey" was born at Butternut Stables on April 23rd. This beautiful chestnut colt is by My Daddys a Duly and out of Beau Bars Best Bet.

"Chilly" is a light sorrel filly that arrived at Butternut Stables on April 23rd. She is by Amblin Asset out of Stoneyhills Hico (her 15th foal).

This little girl is Bittersweet Brandi, foaled just yesterday, May 26. Her sire is our Arabian LW Elector (bay) and her dam is our registered Welsh mare Alderdale Joy (grey). But as you can see, Brandi is fiery chestnut, hence her name. We were prepared for almost anything but this [and also prepared for a foal from June 5 on - this one is a tad early]! She has a big blaze, white diagonal socks and four little pinkish hooves, so there must be touches of minimal white at the coronary band somewhere on the other two. Very colorful little character!

Angela Smith of Milford, NS is pleased to announce the birth of a beautiful bay colt (maybe red dun) on Feb 14th out of Karana (palomino AQHA) by Ashtar Dark Ali (Arab). HEZA DEJAVU VALENTINE, "Buzz" was a Valentine's Day surprise. A hefty colt with Mom's build and daddy's gorgeous head, a real eye catcher.

The first born in Crystal and Carl Butland's barn this is year was a loud filly by Chus this Paycheck and out of Navajo Dice.She is real nice and worth waiting for!! We are real proud of the babies by our stud, they just get better and better.

This baby arrived on April 6th. She is a filly, 3/4 Arabian and Morab, by Perlezons Pride out of Rim-Sin's Shiara, and is owned by Brenda and Natalia Tate of Bittersweet Stables.

Mr Smokey's Reward (AQHA) and Doc's Serena Act (ApHCC- ApHC) are proud to announce the birth of their bouncing baby girl on March 25, 2001. Zip's Velvet Act aka Velvet is a beautiful black Appaloosa filly with a spotted white blanket and white star. The proud "Godmother" is Sherry Woodley of Montague, PEI.

Cindy Harris & Rick Crandall of Noonan, N.B. are pleased to announce that "Sadie" (Ebony Fantastic Dawn) gave birth to a beautiful sorrel paint filly (stable name "Maggie") April 20. Bar Ditch Farms is proud to announce our new arrivals. Congenol Melody foaled a big bay filly on March 30. Miss Sandy Dry , by Doc Bar , foaled a big chestnut filly with 4 white feet.  Bonita Time , grandaughter of Scotch Bar Time foaled a filly. All are sired by Doc Kistler. We are still waiting on Elvis' , son of Zips Chocolate Chip, foals. He
was bred to (Emily)APHA, Docs Bambalita, and Miss Amy Fleet both AQHA.
Jewel was born May 8, 2001 in Port Bickerton, NS.  She is a miniature
horse and weighed 18lbs and was 18" tall at birth.  Dam is Te Kokomikos
Carolinas Fae. Sire is Sweetwaters Little Sambo.

Galloway Stables in Port Howe, NS introduces their first baby, Ostarra Map, better known as Boo. She arrived a bit early on the Spring Equinox, March 20th. She is pictured here at 5 days and 5 hours old. Many thanks to Dawn Lloy, owner of Galloway Stables, for her part in Boo's safe arrival. This is the first baby for proud owner, Katelyn Short.

Riverbreeze Farm is proud to present Birchgrove Rebbecca's new filly.  She is not named as yet, but she's a beautiful sorrel filly.  The Sire is Dark Emperor owned by Don Richard.  The filly is owned by Kate Brine of Dorchester, and Becky will be permanently residing at Riverbreeze Farm.
Ben-Adhem Arabians announces the arrival of Ben-Adhem Porcelain Lace on May 1st. This beautiful chestnut filly is out of a huge blue list Egyptian black mare and by our KK War Knight son. With an absolutely gorgeous head and long, long legs - this filly is bound to be a winner in every way... and she will be a black producer.

Ben-Adhem announces the arrival of a chestnut filly, born May 1st! Proud parents are Bint Selima and Black Knavarre. A beautiful big filly with that "look at me" attitude already. This filly is for sale at weaning - she will be a black producer as both of her parents are black.

Kevin & Judy Bateman of High Meadow Quarter Horses in Cambridge, NS are pleased to announce the birth of a dark buckskin AQHA colt born on April 7th out of Fleets Gentle Breeze by their stallion Salty Hobby Boy.   Also born on the same day was a buckskin filly owned by Judy Drake and Rick Laird and a buckskin colt owned by Wanda Demings and Leon Hemeon all sired by Salty Hobby Boy.

The MacDonalds of Milford, NS are proud to announce the arrival of "Snap." Ginger gave birth to this beautiful bay filly in the wee house of March 3rd.
Michelle and Serge Doiron of Sussex, NB are the proud "grandparents" of a sorrel colt, born on March 5th. His dam is Shesa Mr Redford. Sire is Jays Flashy Jac. "Ben" is pretty flashy himself with two hind socks and a blaze.
Congratulations to Larry Banman of Venture Stables, PEI on the safe arrivals of a dark chestnut Quarter Horse colt out of Topekas Keltic Rose by Tees First Venture. 
This seasons first foals arrived at Baxters' Cattle Company on February 9th. A healthy set of twins, a colt and a filly. They were named Sabre and Jewels, after their dam, Sabre Toad Jewels. Their sire is Deer Run Badger Bar. They are both chestnut with white blazes. They are doing great with absolutely no problems - keeping their mother quite busy, though!
