Emma Simpson and "Mya" Emma is 12 years old and comes from North Sydney, NS where she boards Mya at Sunrise Stables. In July, Emma won an International Award called the Huggable Heroes. She was one of twelve young people from around the world, who was honoured for doing good work in the community. Emma has raised over $15,000 for breast cancer research, which takes a lot of time away from her horse. Her Huggable Heroes award means that she receives a $7500 scholarship and a $2500 donation to breast cancer research. Congratulations, Emma, AtlanticRiders are proud of you! |
